Bear is a recognized expert in building, automating and creating dashboards to streamline operational pipelines. He has specialized experience in Registration and Database administration (GPS) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Operations. He received a B.A from Princeton University where he played NCAA Division 1 Men's Lacrosse for 4 years and a M.A. from University of Virginia (Education). He is also an alumnus of Georgetown Preparatory School.
